Juiced

I am obsessed with juicing! It is a delicious and healthful way to get all of the vitamins and minerals we need.  I prefer to pick up my fruits and veggies at the local farmers market however if that is not an option for you (or convenient) I suggest buying organic.   Here’s one of my recipes:

 

 

 

  • 1 ½- 2 cups very cold, filtered water
  • 6 cups spinach, chopped
  • 3 cups organic kale, chopped
  • 2 stalks of organic celery
  • 1 organic apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 organic pear, cored and chopped
  • 1–2 Tbs. fresh organic lemon juice
  • A few cloves of garlic
